El Mercado Village developers First Bahrain Real Estate Development Co. have renewed their support as gold category sponsors of the Gulf Property Show.
The annual event is held under the patronage of Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al-Khalifa, prime minister of Bahrain, and takes place April 23-25 at the Bahrain Exhibition Center.
First Bahrain’s CEO Omar Faysal Altemiemy said: “The Gulf Property Show is our first choice to promote our projects. The show has delivered tangible commercial and sales success for our projects and we are positive that we will be meeting more future home owners of El Mercado Village this year as well.”
El Mercado Village in Bahrain’s Janabiyah consists of 42 premium homes, which include 8 four-bedroom standalone villas and 34 three-bedroom semi-detached villas.
The remainder are ready for immediate occupancy and title deed transfer on conclusion of a sale. The company will be having a special offer for buyers who conclude an agreement during the show.
Al-Temiemy added: “In addition to our homes for sale, we anticipate making a major announcement during the week of the show regarding our next project in Seef.”
